Attendance Bonus

Success Story
Hello, my name is Denta Washington, and I was hired through Ōnin in January of 2023 and given the opportunity to be an assembler on MBV’s production line. I was hired by Mercedes Benz Vans in August of 2023. Although it took 7 months to get hired I stayed focused and determined and the Ōnin team always did checkups to see how I felt and made sure I knew what direction I was headed in. As I see the Ōnin team do walk throughs for potential hires now I always wave and smile so they can know that they are in great hands and Ōnin is truly dedicated to building their career. Many individuals walk through the door with different challenges and different goals and something Ōnin does is take the time out to hear those challenges and see what they can do to help mold you into a better worker. They also hear your goals, and Derek Drayton, my Ōnin rep at the time, would bring those goals up during my check up and let me know they were short term goals that they were obtainable. Now that I have achieved those goals, I look back on those days and I apply it to the work environment around me and motivate others around me by being an overall leader! Thanks!
