The Ōnin Group, a Birmingham-based staffing company, has been recognized by the Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) as one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For in North America.
This is the fourth consecutive year Ōnin has earned this award.

The Ōnin Group, formerly a privately owned company, announced its shift to employee ownership in 2023. Ōnin has since launched its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
