Attendance Bonus
Eligible full-time, hourly Ōnin Team Members will be eligible for a perfect attendance bonus monthly.
The Ōnin Management Team will continue to announce and communicate this to our team members. Please recognize your Ōnin colleagues that help produce high quality vans for our North American customers.

Kiosk
We now have a kiosk set up in Assembly by the TRR’s desk. Please feel free to utilize it to print check stubs, W2’s and even check out this month’s newsletter!
Conversions
Please take the time to congratulate the 12 teammates that converted on 06/10/2024. These teammates reflected great attendance, performance and communication skills and we are very proud of them. Ōnin teammates please keep up your continued hard work, your time to shine bright with receiving your conversion star will be soon!!!!
Planned Shutdown for the June – July 2024
Attention! Please stay in communication with your TRR’s concerning the shutdown paid days. Also, there will be two days of virtual training. You will be issued a QR code to navigate to the session. As we move towards shutdown more detailed information will be provided.

Success Story
When first meeting Derek Drayton and Terrance Jenkins, my Ōnin Onsites, they immediately showed genuine care and excitement for my success. He explained having trust in one another to do the right thing is an intangible asset that can have a considerable impact on my work performance. Once understanding the role I played as an Ōnin teammate, I held myself accountable to be flexible and maintain good attendance. While doing checkups my Ōnin rep and Group Lead would collaborate and create a strategic and future-focused gameplan.
