Wage Increase
Effective Monday, November 20, 2023, Ōnin Teammates received a wage increase. Thank you very much for your hard work, your trust in Ōnin and MBV. Winter Shutdown Dates
- Our plant will shut down Friday, December 22, 2023 through Monday, January 1, 2024
- Friday, December 22nd will be utilized for inventory purposes
The last day of production is planned for Thursday, December 21, 2023 (end with 2nd shift)

We would also like to share with you in advance the plan for our return to operations in 2024 so that all team members can plan accordingly. Please refer to the shift schedule below for further details.

My experience with Ōnin was outstanding! Derek, my Team Relations Rep was very helpful. He always returned my calls and texts! He always greeted me with a smile and kept in touch with me by doing checkups to see how I’m doing and if I needed anything.
