- Standardization – involves creating guidelines for keeping the area organized, orderly, and clean and making the standards visual and obvious.
- Sustain – involves education and communication to ensure that everyone stays disciplined to the 5S standards.

Attendance Bonus
Congratulations, nearly 70 percent of you received the attendance bonus this past month!! This is a true reflection of your drive to show up to work!!
This bonus will continue to be given out each month to our teammates who are eligible!!
Kiosk
Thank you all for utilizing the kiosk in the assembly building, everyone has done a great job with keeping it sanitized and clean. We will be placing a kiosk in the body shop within the next few months so that the teammates in the body shop won’t have to travel as far to utilize this resource.
The kiosk is where you all can print check stubs, W2’s and even check out this month’s newsletter!
Conversions
Since the start of the year 96 teammates have been converted.
Please take the time to congratulate the teammates that converted. These teammates reflected great attendance, performance and communication skills and we are very proud of them. Success Story
Hello all, I started with Ōnin in September of 2023 and I was assigned to work at Mercedes Benz Vans. I was immediately excited to work for such a great company that had a good review from the community. When onboarding I encountered Derek Drayton who was not only a great leader but he was a great mentor. Derek seemed to care about the goals I had and the direction I wanted to go within the company. I told him I had a goal to work as much time as possible to save up for a wedding ring to propose to my girlfriend. As I worked and continued to sign off on stations I learned within the company I quickly realized that I had an opportunity to grow within the company. I was converted in May of 2024. When I was asked to share my success story I was able to extend a thank you and an invite to my wedding to Derek. Through Ōnin I was given a chance to seize an opportunity I feel will last until I retire!
