About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and oversee staffing operations across multiple branches in Alabama and Mississippi. This position is ideal for an experienced, results-driven leader with a passion for team development, business growth, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and mentor business managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Implement training programs to enhance skills, compliance, and industry expertise
Represent Ōnin at industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagements
Operations and Compliance
Lead and oversee multi-unit business operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and procedures, while driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and consistency across locations. Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability to support sustainable growth and strategic objectives.
Utilize technology and analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making
Sales Growth and Client Relationship Management
Identify new business opportunities and expand regional sales
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with market trends and company goals
Employee Engagement and Development
Foster a positive, motivating work environment to boost team engagement and retention
Support career development and succession planning for business managers and staff
What You Need to Succeed
Experience
Five or more years of multi-unit management experience
Five or more years in staffing, recruitment, or a related industry experience is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and sales-driven mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
Familiarity with employment laws and staffing industry regulations
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel frequently within the region
Comfortable with in-person and remote client interactions
