What You’ll Do

Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations with a focus on performance and growth
Drive new business development through sales, networking, and community engagement
Build and coach a high-performing internal team
Develop strong relationships with clients and job seekers
Ensure compliance with company policies, staffing regulations, and safety standards
Strategically grow your branch following the Branch Maturity Cycle
Ideal Candidate

2+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong background in sales, staffing, or business development
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
Self-starter mindset with a passion for building and growing
