About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and make a real impact. In this exciting sales role, you’ll develop new business opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and expand Ōnin’s footprint in the market — all while enjoying a rewarding compensation structure and professional support.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business across a variety of industries and client sizes.
Meet weekly activity goals through door knocks, cold calls, and appointments.
Collaborate with branch leaders in daily kickoff meetings and performance reviews.
Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list.
Create meaningful client relationships that drive long-term success.
Ideal Candidate
1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone.
Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
Proven relationship builder with a growth mindset.
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
