Compliance Excellence: Maintain adherence to legal and industry compliance standards while keeping precise and organized candidate and client records.
Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and teammates to ensure ongoing partnership success.
The Ideal Candidate May Have:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment such as staffing, customer service, restaurant, retail, or a similar field.
Sector Knowledge: A solid understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (e.g., Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with candidates and clients at all levels, both in person and over the phone.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Adaptability: A willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
