Success Story
Hello to everyone reading this, my name is Lonnie Knighten, I go by Antonio. I started with Ōnin in January of 2025 and when first coming aboard they immediately let me know I’m not a temp, I’m a Teammate. This was something that kept me motivated the entire time, so I came to work on time, volunteered for overtime, and worked safely like a full time regular employee would. This allowed me to get recognized by leadership and I got selected for employee of the month. I got converted in July of 2025 and I took the time to pat myself on the back before starting my new journey as a MBV Teammate. A quote that I live by is “if you know better you will do better.”
