Attendance Bonus
Effective, January 1, 2024, eligible full-time, hourly Ōnin Team Members will be eligible for a perfect attendance bonus.

Success Story
Hello my name is Shawn Olson, I started with Ōnin back in April of 2023. Choosing Ōnin as a staffing company to help me find job placement was my best decision. Not only did the Assembly position offered start off with great pay and benefits, but it also has very reasonable hours. It was through Ōnin where I found out I can get hired on to Mercedes Benz Vans, which became a goal! With me showing up everyday work ready, having a positive attitude and having someone like Mr. Derek as a motivator got me to my goal. There have been some rough times but with the support and motivation of my peers I have been able to become more stable and comfortable in life. I am proud to say I’m a valuable team member at Mercedes Benz Vans. It took a total of 8 months and it was so worth it. I appreciate Mr. Derek and Ōnin Staffing for helping me to my new career.
