Excelsior Staffing is proud to announce that its Director of National Partnerships, Cierra Johnson-Belser, has been selected by the Birmingham Business Journal for the 2023 Leaders in Diversity Award. This award recognizes individuals in the Birmingham area who are making a positive impact on diversity and inclusion in their communities.

Cierra Johnson-Belser has been instrumental in helping Excelsior Staffing become an industry leader by utilizing her vast knowledge and expertise in business development, human resources and the workforce. Her passion for creating solutions that promote diversity and inclusion has helped make Excelsior Staffing a powerful partner to its clients.
