A Day In The Life
Partner with clients to determine recruiting/staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
Review responses on job ads and setup interviews with candidates.
Coordinate any onsite recruiting events or open houses
Effectively recruit via phone, text, email, social media and in-person with our teammates.
Manage all applications through our technology partners
Assist with the pre-employment process of new hires including background checks, physicals, drug screens, and communication of new hire orientation details.
