The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will join our People & Culture team. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of People & Culture and will collaborate with both the Home Office and Field Ōninites. The TA Manager will help implement HR programs, provide feedback and monitor performance of programs applicable, but not limited to: talent acquisition and regional workforce development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute our global talent acquisition strategy focused on recruiting A-player candidates and manage the talent lifecycle globally.
Direct oversight and/or collaboration of local workforce development programs that initiates short-term training programs and community programs for students and community partners.
Act as an intermediary between employer collaboratives, education partners, the local economic development, community organizations, workforce development agencies and training providers, and other organizations to increase workforce pipelines through internships, and work-based learning.
Engage with, and expand, student enrollment in existing, potential, and new local school systems by working with school leadership, career coaches, counselors and other stakeholders to identify and eliminate program barriers.
Collaborate with people leaders to administer integration of new employees into the organization for a dynamic onboarding experience.
Monitor employee relations and address escalated issues for investigations then see through to resolution.
Evaluate decisions and ensure compliance to all federal and state policies and procedures.
Participate actively in any change/improvement initiatives, contributing experience of any internal/external challenges in the HR field.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional leadership skills and a strong focus on problem identification and solution development.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, training; and expert knowledge of employer applicant tracking systems.
Team player that exudes a positive approach to business and is comfortable working in a creative and collaborative environment.
Displays outstanding relationship building skills and verbal and written communication skills.
A proven track record of utilizing both persuasion and influence to lead change initiatives globally.
Comfortable working with decentralized teams and exhibits a passion for taking on responsibility and ownership of assignments.
Ability to effectively complete a variety of broad-based HR initiatives/projects within tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a Related Field
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP a plus
